Robert Skalik
Saint John Paul II Specialist Hospital with Sports Medicine Centre “Vratislavia Medica”, adjunct professor in Faculty of Medicine,Medical University of Wrocław, Poland,holder of EU scholarship in Department of Cardiology, Free University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and University of Perugia, Italy.
He received his doctoral degree in Department of Cardiac Surgery, Medical University of Wroclaw, where he worked as a consultant in cardiology(1998-2007).He was also Head of Exercise Physiology Laboratory in Medical University of Wrocław, Poland (2008-2013). Dr Robert Skalik specializes in echocardiography, spiroergometry and sports cardiology. He is a member of Working Group on Myocardial Function, Council on Stroke – European Society of Cardiology and invited Overseas Fellow of Royal Society of Medicine(London, Great Britain)– Cardiology Section, Sport &Exercise Medicine Section.
