Inaugural Digital Hospital of the Future 2015 set to gather leading healthcare and technology providers to reshape healthcare delivery in Australia.

More than 20 distinguished speakers and up to 200 high level health professionals will convene at the inaugural Digital Hospital of the Future, Australia 2015 this November to network and develop actionable strategies that can realize the benefits of a digital hospital from both a clinical and patient perspective.

The Visionary Keynote Speaker will be The Hon. Jillian Skinner, NSW Minister for Health, who will be speaking on “Reshaping healthcare delivery in Australia: the evolving role of hospitals in the health ecosystem”.  The Hon. Jillian Skinner has more experience in the health field than any other politician in Australia, having served as Shadow Minister for Health from 1995 and Minister for Health since 2011.

Organized by the pre-eminent global business leadership institution, Clariden Global , this conference is Australia’s first-of-its-kind event that delves into how digital technology can be maximized to create exceptional patient experience and improve healthcare efficiency. The conference will take place on 25 – 27 November 2015 at the InterContinental Sydney.

Where hospitals are concerned, the concept of ‘digital hospital’ has started to gain traction amongst healthcare facilities providers, as these organizations begin to recognize the benefits of process digitalization for greater productivity, efficiency and organization.

"If we consider the accelerating rate of change in healthcare, the challenges may seem overwhelming, but the future looks bright, " said Lucas Guo, Conference Director, Clariden Global.

"Be in the midst of the healthcare IT leaders of today, who are doing more than just talking a good digital game. They are fundamentally changing the way technology is used for care delivery. The digital hospital is as much a way of thinking about the future of healthcare as it is about technology"
The conference will feature exclusive co-present sessions that will highlight the value of vendor partnerships and offer an insight-oriented agenda to cover the entire value chain. This event also serves a platform for healthcare professionals to discover emerging trends in the industry and learn about new technological solutions to stay relevant in the years to come.

Post-conference will see a highly interactive workshop co-run by health IT leaders from Telstra and Microsoft and Site Tours to leading ICT-driven hospitals, The Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and Macquarie University Hospital, exclusively conducted by top senior management.
