METTLER TOLEDO breaks new ground also in customer service: in a virtual showroom the user explores all functionalities of New Classicbalances. 3D-animations, videos and an assistant wizard help in choosing the right balance.

Long-lasting investition in precise results  Only 30 seconds – that’s all it takes to dismantle the glass panels and the draft shield, without moving the balance. Cleaning of the ridge-free balance and the dismantled glass panels is also very quick. The robust metal housing protects the weighing cell from environmental influences and impacts. Built-in shock and overload protection guarantee a long product life. Under the elegant design sits the proven MonoBloc weighing cell and FACT, Fully Automatic Calibration Technology.

The quick way to the right balance  The virtual showroom offers comprehensive information on NewClassic balances and allows insight into its various functionalities. Short videos show how the user operates the balance in his own language or programs 3 SmartKeys for direct access to preferred applications. Weighing data is easily stored via USB or RS232 port. With NewClassic balances users obtain reliable results more efficiently and increase their productivity.
