Hologic’s Cynosure Division Announces 21 Scientific Abstracts to be Presented at the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery’s 38th Annual Conference Hologic’s medical aesthetics division, Cynosure, announced that 17 presentations and four ePosters on its products have been accepted at the 38th Annual Conference of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS). The conference takes place in Dallas on April 11-15.

The presentations will provide data from research programs spanning four medical aesthetic products including SculpSure® (non-invasive fat reduction), TempSure™ Envi (new radiofrequency platform for facial fine line wrinkle reduction, tissue heating and reduction in appearance of cellulite), Pelleve® (radiofrequency facial wrinkle reduction) and PicoSure® (picosecond skin revitalization and tattoo removal). Notably, data will be presented on SculpSure’s submental (under the chin) indication and TempSure Envi for the first time since their FDA clearances over the past year.

“As a leading women’s health company, we pride ourselves on our unwavering pursuit of robust scientific data to support our products,” said Kevin Thornal, President of the Cynosure division at Hologic. “We’re excited about the progress being made within our medical aesthetics division– particularly the advancements with SculpSure and the recent launch of TempSure Envi – and look forward to expanding our portfolio.”
