MedPro Imaging announced it has recently installed two GE Logic 9 ultrasound systems at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. With the acquisition of the systems, this busy, inner city provider of healthcare services will expand its vascular healthcare services at both Mount Sinai Hospital and Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital located across the street.

Mount Sinai conducts up to 400 ultrasound vascular exams on a monthly basis. Established 90 years ago, this 291 staffed bed teaching, research and tertiary-care facility is designated as a Level I trauma center. Consequently, the healthcare professionals at Mount Sinai provide treatment for a wide range of vascular trauma injuries in addition to more routine cases. The nearby Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, with 102 staffed beds, offers ongoing vascular healthcare as well as other inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services.

"It is imperative for us to support our mission to improve the health of individuals and our community while striving to be a national model in the delivery of urban healthcare," said Sinai imaging director Randall Boberg. "With the MedPro solution, we were able to add two quality ultrasound systems in order to meet the needs of our patients and the community."

Founded in 2005, MedPro's customer service track record has been a key factor in the company's ongoing growth. The Company offers ultrasound products which focus on leading manufacturers of ultrasound systems, including GE, Mindray, Siemens, Sonosite, ATL/Philips and other highly trusted brands. In addition, MedPro provides mobile ultrasound services throughout the Chicago area. The company's mission is to provide the highest integrity service, offering customers the most appropriate solutions for the customer's specific imaging needs.

"We believe our core values align well with those of the professionals at Mount Sinai," said Keith Rubenstein, vice president of sales and marketing for MedPro. "It is a pleasure to work with this healthcare team and support their expanding needs."
