MAQUET has won a $ 12,5 million order in a recently conducted bid for a contract by Rio de Janeiro State Health Authority. The company will deliver 310 of its SERVO-s ventilators to 25 hospitals in the the region during May 2008.

City, Brazil, May 2008 – MAQUET do Brasil Ltda. today announced it has won a $12,5 million order in a recently conducted bid for contract by Rio de Janeiro State Health Authority. The company will deliver 310 of its SERVO-s ventilators to 25 hospitals in the region during May 2008. In addition, 120 surgical lights and 30 surgical tables as well as 50 table top sterilizers, HS22 K7, from its parent company Getinge will also be delivered.
