The 3viseon™ 3D imaging workstation is a turn key solution which enables large medical datasets, generated by CT and MRI scanners, to be displayed as a three dimensional reconstruction using standard PC technology. 3mensio announces FDA clearance of 3surgery™ Vascular Imaging software Bilthoven, The Netherlands –25th of February 2008- 3mensio Medical Imaging BV today announced that the company received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance to market the 3surgery™ Vascular Imaging (VI) software. This software provides a clinical application for (vascular) surgeons using CTA or MRA studies to determine abnormalities of the vessels within thorax or abdomen, both in 2D and 3D. 3surgery™ VI provides valuable tools for stent and graft planning of endovascular procedures. |
