HealthCare Partners Nevada, a DaVita Medical Group announced the acquisition of WellHealth Quality Care, a respected medical group and accountable care network in Southern Nevada.
WellHealth Quality Care is a privately held medical organization based in Nevada and operates in 11 locations with a network of over 3,000 providers across various specialties, including anesthesiology and an OB-GYN network.
"WellHealth Quality Care has delivered quality care to residents of Nevadafor over two decades," said Joe Mello, chief operating officer at DaVita's medical group division. "The combination of WellHealth and HealthCare Partners will create great synergy for the health care needs of our community."
The focus of this partnership is to continue to drive coordinated care efforts, increase patient access to various health care services, and incorporate innovative technologies that improve patient care across various regions of Southern Nevada.
