ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, announced that it has been named “Clinical Research Company of the year” at the annual PharmaTimes awards.

ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, announced that it has been named “Clinical Research Company of the year” at the annual PharmaTimes awards.

The PharmaTimes awards, which were announced at a ceremony in London on Thursday, 15th January, recognise and reward excellence in pharmaceutical clinical development. In total, ICON had over thirty staff short-listed as finalists across different categories, the highest number from any organisation.

ICON Clinical Research won gold, silver and bronze in both the Clinical Research Team of the Year and Clinical Research Associate of the Year categories. In addition to this recognition, ICON also received a bronze award in the Project Management category.
