Intiva Health Partners With Goldshield Technologies to Distribute Groundbreaking Disinfectant in Fight Against COVID-19

Intiva Health Partners With Goldshield Technologies to Distribute Groundbreaking Disinfectant in Fight Against COVID-19

Intiva Health has entered into an exclusive agreement with Goldshield Technologies to bring the next generation of infection prevention to health care facilities in the Western Hemisphere.

Goldshield Technologies is the maker of proprietary anti-microbial products that actively inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungiย on surfaces for up to 90 days. In a recent study (attached) where Goldshield was applied to medical masks proved it eliminated COVID-19 for up to 72 hours.

Intivaย Health seeks to improve the health of health care ranging from its Readyย Docโ„ขย credentialing software for the business side of providers’ lives to the health of facilities and those who walk the floors in them with Goldshield.

To aid in the fight against COVID-19, Intiva Healthย selected Goldshieldย to offer facilities the additional protection they need.

Goldshield products have been the subject of more than 50 evidence-based studies conducted by independent laboratories, including three peer-reviewed studies in theย American Journal of Infection Control. โ€‹

โ€œThis latest step in Intiva Healthโ€™s product offerings expands services for health care organizations beyond the security of medical documents and administration efficiency to help protect patients, providers, and the overall safety of the facility,โ€ said Dr. Ayan Monpara, Chief Medical Officer with Intiva Health.

Goldshield’s surface and textile products are EPA-approved for a wide variety of applications and anywhere health care is provided while its alcohol-free hand sanitizer and protectant is FDA-registered.

โ€œIntiva Health has an excellent management team, a vast understanding of health care challenges, and an expansive reach into this sector,โ€ said Thomas l. Higgins, CEO of Goldshield Technologies. โ€œAs we focus on building solution-based technologies, such as applying Goldshield to PPE, we are delighted to partner with Intiva for the distribution of an important product at a crucial time.”

Goldshield can be applied by commercial pressure sprayer or pump-sprayer to most surfacesย and it remains on the surface even through subsequent cleanings. The water-based formulation poses no respiratory or contact risk.

Research found Goldshield creates a bio-barrierย successful in eliminating the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus on treated personal protective equipment (PPE) such as medical masks and medical gloves for up to 72 hours. Regulatory approvals are being sought on this product for the USA.

Irish-based ROQU Group launches world-first ‘Health Passport’ digital platform to support increased global COVID-19 testing

Irish-based ROQU Group launches world-first 'Health Passport' digital platform to support increased global COVID-19 testing

The Irish-based ROQU Group has announced the pilot launch of Health Passport, a world-first digital platform designed to facilitate increased COVID-19 testing for businesses and the public.

Engineered in Ireland, the platform combines the latest digital technologies with highly accurate and validated COVID-19 testing solutions, delivering results in as little as 15 minutes. The platform will enable businesses and individuals to quickly minimise risks related to COVID-19 and ensure they can continue daily activities.

Health Passport is launching with a trial involving a select range of national participants representing a diverse range of industry sectors: healthcare (hospital, nursing home), logistics, agriculture, education, childcare, entertainment, and others.

Supporting businesses, protecting communities

The platform has been developed to help national economies by enabling businesses to remain open through continuous proactive testing of employees, identifying positive results at the earliest stage whilst simultaneously protecting communities by offering increased testing.

“Around the world, there is continued frustration and disappointment due to COVID-19 restrictions,” said Robert Quirke, President and CEO of ROQU Group, at today’s launch.

Health Passport is designed to put a safety net in place where none currently exists, allowing economies to recover and thrive in a controlled environment,” said Mr Quirke. “It is a world-first innovation, proudly engineered in Ireland to the highest standards, that will enable business and society to finally move forward. The game changer has finally arrived.”

Works with all official COVID-19 tests

Health Passport has been developed specifically to work in harmony with all official COVID-19 tests, including laboratory swab and blood tests, and the very latest rapid testing solutions soon to be launched.

“Using our global visibility, we are helping local companies by making the best COVID-19 testing solutions readily available to all,” said ROQU’s Robert Quirke. “As testing and research continues to improve, we want to ensure that Irish society and economy can easily access testing solutions that offer the highest levels of clinical validation.

“The purpose of the pilot trial is to demonstrate how Health Passport works across a variety of real-life business and social scenarios,” he added.

Amid calls for increased testing for the public, ROQU says that newly engineered rapid tests can provide the solution needed to stop the spread of the virus. Where no testing solution is already in place, Health Passport is providing the very latest rapid antibody blood tests and rapid antigen swab tests, which deliver a highly accurate diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. The testing solutions are engineered, manufactured, and clinically validated in Europe.

“Current situation not sustainable”

“We are all aware that the current situation regarding viral outbreaks in businesses and communities is simply not sustainable,” said Robert Quirke. “There are too many gaps in the current testing system that are hindering our ability to get the economy and normal life back on track. It is time to immediately close those gaps.

“This platform provides the breakthrough we have been waiting for and can become the standard solution for business, travel, education, healthcare, events and all aspects of daily life,” said Mr Quirke. “Every person on the Health Passport platform now represents one life and one job protected.”

ROQU Group has announced that, in addition to Ireland, the Health Passport platform will be launched in the US, UK, Italy, Kenya and Germany, with other locations to follow. Health Passport has been developed as part of ROQU’s international philanthropic and altruistic mission.

Mount Sinai Health System Hospitals Receive Top Quality Achievement Awards for Stroke and Cardiac Care

Seven Mount Sinai Health System hospitals have received top quality achievement awards from the American Heart Association for ensuring that patients with stroke, heart failure, and severe heart attacks receive the most appropriate and safest treatment for the best possible outcomes.

โ€œCongratulations to our teams for these significant achievements that demonstrate Mount Sinaiโ€™s dedication to quality of care. The experts across our Health System have executed innovative approaches to diagnosis and treatment of stroke, heart failure, and heart attack,โ€ said Kenneth L. Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mount Sinai Health System. โ€œI commend them for their dedication to setting standards for excellence and making the care and safety of our patients a top priority.โ€

The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Mount Sinai Brooklyn, Mount Sinai Morningside, Mount Sinai Queens, and Mount Sinai South Nassau received the Get With The Guidelinesยฎ-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Awards. The award recognizes each hospitalโ€™s commitment to ensuring that stroke patients receive the most appropriate treatment according to nationally recognized research-based guidelines based on the latest scientific evidence. Additionally, Mount Sinai West was honored with Get With The Guidelinesยฎ-Stroke Silver Plus award, which highlights its goal of treating patients with compliance to high standard levels of care.

Each of these Mount Sinai Health System hospitals earned the award by meeting specific quality achievement measures for the diagnosis and treatment of stroke patients at a set level for a designated period. These measures include evaluation of the proper use of medications and other stroke treatments aligned with the most up-to-date evidence-based guidelines with the goal of speeding recovery and reducing death and disability for stroke patients. Before discharge, patients should also receive education on managing their health and get a follow-up visit scheduled, and have access to help transitioning their care from a hospital to home setting.

Additionally, The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and Mount Sinai South Nassau received the associationโ€™s Target: Stroke Elite Honor Roll Award. Mount Sinai

Queens received the Target: Stroke Honor Roll Award. Mount Sinai West received the Target: Stroke and Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award, and Mount Sinai Morningside also received the Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll Award. To qualify for this recognition, hospitals must meet quality measures developed to reduce the time between the patientโ€™s arrival at the hospital and treatment with the clot-buster tissue plasminogen activator, or tPA, the only drug approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat ischemic stroke.

According to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, stroke is the No. 5 cause of death and a leading cause of adult disability in the United States. On average, someone in the United States has a stroke every 40 seconds and nearly 795,000 people experience a new or recurrent stroke each year. The โ€œGet With The Guidelinesโ€ quality improvement initiative can often lead to fewer readmissions and lower mortality rates.

For cardiac care, The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and Mount Sinai South Nassau also received Get With The Guidelinesยฎ-Heart Failure Gold Plus Award and Target: Heart Failure Honor Roll Award for implementing specific quality improvement measures outlined by the American Heart Association. This program helps hospital teams follow the most up-to-date research-based guidelines with the goal of speeding recovery and reducing hospital readmissions for heart failure patients. The hospitals earned these awards by meeting specific quality achievement measures for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure patients at a set level for a designated period. These measures include evaluation of the patient, proper use of medications, and aggressive risk-reduction therapies, such as ACE inhibitors/ARBs, beta-blockers, diuretics, anticoagulants, and other appropriate therapies. Before patients are discharged, they must also receive education on managing their heart failure and overall health, schedule a follow-up visit, and have a plan to transition their care from hospital to home.

An estimated 6.2 million Americans are living with heart failure and its prevalence continues to rise, with more than 8 million Americans projected to be diagnosed by 2030. The chronic condition accounts for approximately 900,000 hospitalizations annually, which is nearly two hospitalizations every minute. Numerous published studies demonstrate the Get With The Guidelinesยฎ-Heart Failure programs have achieved significant improvements in patient outcomes including reducing 30-day readmissions.

Additionally, Mount Sinai Morningside has been honored with the Lifelineยฎ Gold Plus Receiving Quality Achievement Award and Mount Sinai Beth Israel and The Mount Sinai Hospital have been given the Lifelineยฎ Gold Receiving Quality Achievement Award. These recognize the implementation of specific quality improvement measures outlined by the American Heart Association for the treatment of patients who experience severe heart attacks.

Every year, more than 250,000 people experience an ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), the deadliest type of heart attack, caused by a blockage of blood flow to the heart that requires timely treatment. To prevent death, itโ€™s critical to restore blood flow as quickly as possible, either by mechanically opening the blocked vessel or by providing clot-busting medication. The American Heart Associationโ€™s Mission: Lifeline programโ€™s goal is to reduce system barriers to prompt treatment for heart attacks, beginning with the 9-1-1 call, to EMS transport and continuing through hospital treatment and discharge. The initiative provides tools, training, and other resources to support heart attack care following protocols from the most recent evidence-based treatment guidelines.

Medtronic Announces FDA Approval for Minimed 770G Insulin Pump System with Smartphone Connectivity for People with Type 1 Diabetes

Medtronic Announces FDA Approval for Minimed 770G Insulin Pump System

Medtronic plc, the global leader in medical technology, announced it has received U.S. FDA approval of its MiniMedโ„ข 770G hybrid closed loop system. This newest insulin pump system offers the companyโ€™s most advanced SmartGuardโ„ข technology, as featured in the MiniMedโ„ข 670G system, with the added benefits of smartphone connectivity and an expanded age indication to children as young as 2.

This latest system by Medtronic expands the benefits of hybrid closed loop therapy to younger children living with type 1 diabetes and makes it easier to access and share real-time CGM and pump data. The system will enable caregivers and care partners to see user data remotely on their smartphones, with proactive in-app notices sent when sugar levels are out of range. The data can also be shared automatically with clinicians and educators to help facilitate more effective telehealth visits and product trainings. This connectivity also gives Medtronic the ability to provide upgrades to future technology via software updates which can further enhance security and device features.

“Weโ€™re thrilled to be launching this new system as we understand how important these data sharing features are, particularly right now โ€” with many individuals and families opting to see their doctors virtually via telehealth visits,” said Sean Salmon, executive vice president and president of the Diabetes Group at Medtronic. “As a parent, I understand very personally why connectivity is so important and Iโ€™m pleased weโ€™ll be able to broaden access to hybrid closed loop therapy with the additional peace of mind caregivers need to ensure the well-being of their loved ones. This latest launch underscores my personal commitment to making life easier for people living with diabetes through the technologies we deliver.โ€

The growing body of clinical evidence on hybrid closed loop therapy demonstrates both the safety of the technology and improved clinical outcomes across adults, adolescents and younger children. A clinical study of the MiniMed 670G system conducted in children two to six years of age showed an improvement in outcomes comparable to those observed in older adolescents and adults, and supported the submission of the MiniMed 770G system. In the study, A1C and Time in Range from 151 children were assessed alongside outcomes from 124 adolescents and adults over two weeks in Manual Mode and three months in SmartGuard Auto Mode (hybrid closed loop algorithm)1. There were no episodes of severe hypoglycemia or diabetic ketoacidosis, and no serious device-related adverse events while in SmartGuard Auto Mode.

“When young children are diagnosed with diabetes it is a family disease with parents and caregivers playing a substantial role in diabetes management,” said Jennifer McVean, M.D., pediatric endocrinologist with University of Minnesota Health2. “Being able to offer my patients an insulin pump system that provides safe, automated insulin delivery3 and smartphone connectivity is incredibly beneficial. I have seen favorable results with the MiniMed 670G system in my practice, and the younger age indication that the MiniMed 770G system offers can change the lives of even more people living with type 1 diabetes.โ€

The algorithm that powers the insulin pump, known as SmartGuard Auto Mode, refers to the systemโ€™s ability to continually adjust the amount of insulin delivered every five minutes, 24 hours a day, based on the needs of the individual. The goal of this automated delivery of background insulin is to maximize the time glucose levels are within the optimal target range and to minimize both high and low glucose levels. The new MiniMed 770G system comes with the Guardianโ„ข Sensor 34, the MiniMedโ„ข Mobile app (compatible with both iPhone and Android), and Roche Accu-Chekยฎ Guide Link meter, which is Bluetoothยฎ compatible for improved usability.

Medtronic will begin taking orders for the new MiniMed 770G system in the United States this week.

What is Kratom Tincture and How is It Made?

What is Kratom Tincture and How is It Made?

Kratom tincture, the potent and effective way of experiencing kratom. Kratom tincture contains high-quality kratom that gives you the desired effects. To get the most out of your kratom powder, you should try out kratom tincture.

You can make kratom tincture at home using kratom powder. To get kratom powder, visit https://www.authentickratom.com/. Before learning how to make kratom tincture, you should know what it is and what are its benefits. So, letโ€™s learn everything about kratom tincture!

What is Kratom Tincture?

Kratom tincture is the liquid form of kratom. The process of turning powder into kratom tincture can destroy the alkaloid compounds.

Destroying the alkaloid compounds can reduce the effects of kratom. It can make it less potent. So, manufacturers use professional techniques to preserve kratomโ€˜s quality while turning it into a tincture.

These processes not only preserve the existing qualities but also enhance them. Turning kratom powder into tincture concentrates the effects of the particular kratom strain. It makes it more effective than the raw form of kratom.

For this reason, the use of kratom tincture is increasing.

The manufacturers combine ethanol with kratom to turn it into a tincture. The effects of ethanol and kratom combined together increases the potency of both.

There are various forms of kratom tincture such as:

  • Raw Kratom Tincture
  • Kratom and Other Herbs Tincture

Raw Kratom Tincture

The manufacturers of raw kratom tincture use raw form of kratom. The raw form of kratom means kratom leaves and not powder. Chewing or ingesting kratom leaves give you potent and long-lasting effects. Thatโ€™s exactly the effect you get from raw kratom tincture.

Kratom and Other Herbs Tincture

Manufacturers have recently started mixing other herbs with kratom to make a tincture. This way, you can customize the effects you want to get from the tincture. Common tinctures of this type include kratom and CBD tincture.

Kratom and CBD combined give you more pain-relieving, relaxing, and energizing effects.

How to Make Kratom Tincture?

Making kratom tincture at home is easy, cheap, and fun. If you buy kratom tincture from a store, it might cost you more. But if you make it yourself, it might be cheap. You can make kratom tincture in an hour or two. But you need to let it sit for a while so that the alkaloid mixes properly.

But before learning how to make kratom tincture, letโ€™s see which things you will need to make it!

Things You Need

Following are the things that you will need to make kratom tincture at home:

  • Kratom Leaves or Powder
  • Tincture Bottle
  • pH Strips
  • Citric Acid
  • Ethanol
  • Resealable Glass Jar
  • Strainer

Step by Step Guide

Now that you know which things you need, itโ€™s time to start making kratom tincture.

Prepare Everything

Before the mixing process of kratom tincture starts, you have to prepare everything. Take equal parts of kratom powder and100 proof ethanol. Put them both in a glass jar and mix them.

If you have kratom leaves, grind them and turn them into powder form before using. It is easier to mix the powder form of kratom with ethanol.

After mixing ethanol, add citric acid in the mixture. To check how much citric acid is enough, you need a pH strip.

Once the pH reaches four, stop adding citric acid. Mix it so that everything is well-combined.

Shake the Mixture

Shake the mixture at regular intervals for 3 hours. It will give you the best quality tincture. You donโ€™t have to shake it for a lot of time, shaking it for a minute after every ten minutes is enough.

Store the Tincture

Storing the tincture in a suitable place is important. Store the tincture in a dark place. The temperature of the place should be less. The lower the temperature, the better it is for the tincture.

You have to let the tincture sit in the dark and cold place for 2 weeks. This will allow all the contents to mix thoroughly with each other.

Use the Tincture Bottle

After two weeks, take out the mixture from where you put it. Mix it again for an hour with regular intervals.

Before putting the tincture in the bottle, strain it. Discard the powder and use the liquid only. Put the liquid in the tincture bottle. There you go! Your tincture is ready!

Advantages of Using Tincture

You might be wondering, โ€œWhy should I use tincture instead of powderโ€? Well, there are a few advantages of using tincture over the powder form of kratom. Letโ€™s learn about them!

High Potency

The tincture form of kratom is more potent than the powder form. A few drops of kratom tincture can give you the desired effects for up to 8 hours.

The liquid absorbs in your body quicker than powder. It means that kratom tincture affects you earlier than powders or extracts.

The ethanol mixed in kratom tincture increases the potency of kratom powder. So, you get intense effects from a small amount of kratom tincture.

Convenient and Portable

Using the kratom tincture is convenient. Working with powders can be messy. They can fly away and spread everywhere. But thatโ€™s not the case with kratom tinctures.

You can take the kratom tincture bottle anywhere with you. You wonโ€™t have to worry about the powder spilling everywhere. Storing powder is also difficult. It is not the case with tinctures as their bottles are resealable.

Convenient Shelving

You can save kratom tincture conveniently. But it’s not the case with kratom powder. Kratom powder pouches canโ€™t be resealed once you open them. You have to store the powder in a jar. But, kratom tincture bottles are re-sealable. So, storing them is easier.

Conclusion

Kratom tinctures are more potent than powders and extracts. So, are you willing to give it a try?

You can use any strain to make kratom tincture. It only depends upon your preference. You can also mix a few strains to customize the effects.

UCSF Health Named LGBTQ Health Care Equality Leader for 2020

UCSF Health Collaborates with City and Local Hospitals to Increase Inpatient Capacity

UCSF Health has been named a 2020 โ€œLGBTQ Healthcare Equality Leaderโ€ by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, the educational arm of the nationโ€™s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) civil rights organization.

This marks the 13th consecutive year in which UCSF Health has been recognized as an Equality Leader in the annual Healthcare Equality Index (HEI), which recognizes health care facilities for their dedication to providing inclusive care for LGBTQ patients and commitment to LGBTQ inclusion. UCSF Medical Center was the first major hospital in the nation to participate in the Index when it was created in 2007 and is the only institution to have received Equality Leader status every year since then.
exterior of building

โ€œWe are honored to have been recognized once again by the HRC Foundation for our ongoing efforts to provide the highest quality health care for our LGBTQ patients, their families and our employees,โ€ said Mark R. Laret, chief executive officer and president of UCSF Health.

โ€œAs we have seen so vividly this year, equity in both health and society is not something that we can address once and be finished,โ€ Laret said. โ€œIt requires a constant commitment not only to eliminating inequalities, but also to proactively educating ourselves, so that all members of our community feel included, respected and supported.โ€

HEI participants are scored on more than 50 criteria for LGBTQ patient-centered care, including discrimination protections, LGBTQ-specific training, patient services and support, employee support and benefits, and a public commitment to LGBTQ equality. To receive Equality Leader status, facilities must document that they meet most of these criteria and that they publicize their commitment to non-discrimination to patients, employees and the general public.

UCSFโ€™s LGBTQ-inclusive policies, practices and training long predate the HEI. UCSF created the first dedicated LGBTQ office in health care or health education, convened the first annual LGBTQIA Health Forum for health professional students, housed the first and only Lesbian Health Research Center, and helped secure gender-affirming health coverage for all University of California students and employees, the first such coverage at any major U.S. employer.

UCSF is also renowned for its ground-breaking, life-saving leadership during the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the 1980s and beyond, via services, research, and education now clustered in the AIDS Research Institute. The UCSF School of Nursing and the Center for AIDS Prevention Studies also have led development of a new UCSF Center for Sexual and Gender Minority Health. In addition, UCSF Healthโ€™s LGBTQ-centered medical services include Transgender Care, the Alliance Health Project, the Child & Adolescent Gender Center Clinic, and the 360 Wellness Center.

UCSF is not resting on its laurels, however, according to Shane Snowdon, who founded UCSFโ€™s LGBT Resource Center and returned to UCSF as a consultant in 2019 to review and optimize LGBTQ policies and practices.

โ€œUCSF Health has undertaken a state-of-the-art, comprehensive assessment of its LGBTQ policies and practices, with the intention of offering the countryโ€™s very best care to LGBTQ patients and their families,โ€ Snowdon said. โ€œThis wide-ranging assessment will help UCSF Health break new ground nationally in LGBTQ health equity, knowledge, and support.โ€

This year, 495 facilities earned the โ€œLGBTQ Healthcare Equality Leaderโ€ designation, receiving a maximum score in each section and earning an overall score of 100. An additional 193 facilities earned a โ€œTop Performerโ€ designation, receiving between 80 to 95 points. The foundation noted that 90 percent of the participating facilities scored 80 points or more, indicating that these hospitals are going โ€œbeyond the basicsโ€ when it comes to adopting policies and practices in LGBTQ care. The foundation also proactively researched key policies at more than 1,000 non-participating hospitals nationwide, where the adoption of best practices is notably lower.

โ€œFrom the previously unimaginable impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to the horrific incidents of racial violence targeting the Black community, the events of the past year have brought about so much pain and uncertainty,โ€ said HRC President Alphonso David. โ€œThe health care facilities participating in the HRC Foundationโ€™s Healthcare Equality Index (HEI) are not only on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, they are also making it clear from their participation in the HEI that they stand on the side of fairness and are committed to providing inclusive care to their LGBTQ patients. In addition, many have made strong statements on racial justice and equity and are engaging in efforts to address racial inequities in their institutions and their communities. We commend all of the HEI participants for their commitment to providing inclusive care for all.โ€

UCSF Health is recognized worldwide for its innovative patient care, reflecting the latest medical knowledge, advanced technologies and pioneering research. It includes the flagship UCSF Medical Center, which is ranked among the top 10 hospitals nationwide, as well as UCSF Benioff Childrenโ€™s Hospitals, with campuses in San Francisco and Oakland, Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital and Clinics, UCSF Benioff Childrenโ€™s Physicians and the UCSF Faculty Practice. These hospitals serve as the academic medical center of the University of California, San Francisco, which is world-renowned for its graduate-level health sciences education and biomedical research. UCSF Health has affiliations with hospitals and health organizations throughout the Bay Area.

Cardiologs Partners with MicroPort CRM to Distribute its AI-based Cardiac Diagnostics Solution in France

Cardiologs, a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI) cardiology diagnostics, announced an exclusive distribution agreement in France with MicroPort CRM, for the reselling of its cloud analysis solution for Holter ECGs. MicroPort CRM is a worldwide leader in the conception and distribution of implementable devices for the treatment of heart rhythm disorders and the leader in France of Holter ECG monitoring devices and software. This agreement marks the official launch, at a large scale, of Cardiologs’ European business operations.

As a pioneer in AI-based healthcare, Cardiologs is the first company to obtain a CE mark for an AI-based medical device. Cardiologs’ medical-grade AI automatically identifies cardiac rhythm disorders with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner, cutting diagnosis and analysis time in half. Thanks to its secure cloud solution, which General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliant and “Hรฉbergeur de Donnรฉes de Santรฉ” (HDS) certified, the analysis is available in real-time, from everywhere, by all professionals involved in a patient’s care, thus simplifying the logistics of ECG diagnostics.

Cardiologs is device-agnostic and can interpret data from a broad range of cardiac monitoring devices, a choice aligned with the evolution of health tech towards greater openness and interoperability. Already in use in several healthcare facilities, Cardiologs’ solution has been immediately endorsed by the medical staff, as Dr. Laurent Fiorina, rythmolog at Institut Cardiovasculaire de Paris-Sud (France) and medical expert at Cardiologs confirms, “Cardiologs’ solution enabled us to be more efficient and doubled our Holter analysis capacity. We are now capable of providing our patients with fast and accurate ECG analysis. The ease of use was a major reason for the team’s fast endorsement of this new ECG analysis device.”

Yann Fleureau, co-founder and CEO of Cardiologs, said, “We are extremely enthusiastic to partner with MicroPort CRM for the distribution of our unique technology in France. Its leading position in the Holter market combined with the expertise of its business teams, makes MicroPort CRM an ideal business partner to widely distribute Cardiologs’ solution to all the French cardiologists in hospitals as well as in outpatient medical offices.”

Benoรฎt Clinchamps, President of MicroPort CRM, added, “We are very happy to launch this partnership with Cardiologs which perfectly reflects MicroPort CRM’s strategy: to offer new unique and innovative services that enable healthcare facilities and cardiologists to optimize their time, resources and improve patient diagnostics.”

France Schwarz, Director of Marketing Europe at Cardiologs added, “This agreement confirms our solution’s attractiveness and marks the first phase of our European marketing strategy.”
