David Butler

David Butler is the President and Founder of Heartland Innovations, LLC, which focuses on developing and marketing RFID and other technology-based system solutions that enable process improvement, regulatory compliance, and enhanced patient safety in hospitals and healthcare facilities. The Best Practices Center brings together leading research at Washington University in the areas of business management, engineering, computer science, and medicine in collaboration with hospitals and health systems based in the St. Louis area.

David Butler is a Mechanical Engineer/MBA with over 25 years of experience in management engineering, process improvement and clinical diagnostics.
