InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. announced that it had completed the previously announced acquisition of eight imaging centers in the Phoenix, Arizona, El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico areas from subsidiaries of MedQuest, Inc. and Novant Health, Inc.
Kip Hallman, President and CEO of Insight Imaging said, "We are excited to complete this acquisition. We also welcome the talented staff of these centers to the Insight Imaging team."
Insight Imaging also completed the previously announced sale of mobile imaging assets to an affiliate of MedQuest and Novant Health.
