Waters Corporation is showcasing its portfolio of MassTrak™ solutions at the American Association of Clinical Chemistry annual meeting and Clinical Lab Expo July 25 – 29, 2010 in Anaheim in exhibit booth #4447. Waters portfolio of MassTrak Solutions for the clinical laboratory combines the power of separations science, tandem mass spectrometry, specialized chemistries, software, and support services in ways designed to optimize laboratory processes. Waters MassTrak Solutions shorten turnaround times and increase sensitivity, specificity and flexibility of assays for therapeutic drug monitoring, toxicology, and endocrinology when compared to traditional tests methods.

This year’s AACC conference features more than 27 presentations on applications for LC/MS including a poster being presented by Waters scientists in collaboration with clinical scientists at Newcastle Hospital, United Kingdom on Tuesday, July 27. Applications for liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for the clinical laboratory are growing largely due to improvements in accuracy and precision, speed of analysis, and ease of use.
