PATH Foundation Presents Admiral James Helis with Braverman Emergency Medical Service Award

Eric Braverman, MD, and former Governor David Patterson, of the PATH Foundation, presenting the Braverman Emergency Medical Service Award to Admiral James Helis, superintendent of the US Merchant Marine Academy. The Nuclear Emergency Prevention research, a mission of the PATH Foundation, was done in conjunction with  Major General Bernard Loeffke, Distinguished Graduate of West Point, and James Hurley, Professor Emeritus of Weill Cornell.
